Supplier Diversity aligns the company’s supplier base with its customer base. Hearst believes by proactively identifying, promoting and purchasing goods and services from historically underrepresented groups, including companies owned and operated by members of minority groups, women, military veterans, disabled persons and members of the LGBTQ+ community, the company strengthens its businesses, relationships and communities.

“I started Dutech in 2015 to increase diversity in the tech sector. The tech sector struggled with having enough companies that were led by women. I wanted to create a world-class IT staffing and consulting firm that, from its inception, was extremely inclusive and celebrated its diversity as one of its core strengths.”
