  • HCHB’s Brand Ambassadors focus on enhancing HCHB’s employer branding across social media through colleagues’ voices.

  • CARES focuses on keeping CARES core values alive through community service and colleagues’ engagement activities.

  • HCHB’s Diversity focuses on initiatives that cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace.

  • HCHB’s Wellbeing group focuses on colleagues’ wellness and health by educating, engaging and inspiring them so they can live the best versions of themselves.

  • IDEAS is an employee-led committee focused on the delivery of goals related to MCG’s DE&I objectives. Plans are refreshed annually, and colleagues are selected to lead DE&I work at the organizational level and within teams.

  • WAM is focused on the experience of women at work and at MCG, developing programming and events to amplify the role of women and their allies in the organization.

  • The FDB Neurodiversity & Mental Health Affinity Group is working to support colleagues who have neurodiverse conditions such as ADHD, or mental health conditions such as depression. They also work to educate the rest of FDB about these conditions.

  • WE@HH is a community for networking, support and development that ensures Hearst has a culture that inspires women to develop leadership abilities and seize growth opportunities, as well as to increase knowledge of Hearst Health and Hearst.

Hearst GOLD grows the leadership of Hearst Health by providing high-potential, director-level colleagues with targeted professional training; exposure to specific business practices and solutions across the division; and regular interaction with senior leadership to fuel future collaboration. The Hearst GOLD program is also open to Hearst Transportation, and a new Hearst Corporate session is in the pilot stage.

Elevate Hearst Health & Western Governors University

Elevate is designed to ensure Hearst Health employees can make their academic dreams a reality. In partnership with the Western Governors University, Hearst Health employees have the opportunity to earn a variety of bachelor’s and master’s degrees through self-paced, e-learning study, completely free of charge.
